Did you know that up to 15% of businesses within a given jurisdiction are not filing the statutory personal property tax form?  TMA is the only company in the nation that can provide a comprehensive discovery service to find and list every business currently located within the jurisdiction that may not be filing a listing with the tax office.

Once businesses are discovered they are given the opportunity to file the personal property listing with guidance from TMA staff.  TMA supports this effort with its own call center staffed by experienced TMA personnel who will take calls and answer questions from taxpayers concerning the listing process .  For those discovered establishments that do not voluntarily file a listing, TMA’s Cost Analysis Valuation System (CAVS) an online valuation guide, can also be used to reliably determine the taxable value associated with a particular business type.
