Philip Mastin joined TMA following 38 years of extensive experience in property tax administration. Some of his previous roles include Real Property Appraiser for Oakland County Equalization, Grand Blanc Township Assessor, City of Warren Assessor, and Director of Wayne County Assessment and Equalization. Phil has had large amounts of involvement with the American Society of Appraisers, and is a former Certified Michigan Master Assessing Officer – Level IV.
Philip’s years of experience with assessment also include teaching Assessment Administration and Appraisal Courses for the International Association of Assessing Officers, Henry Ford Community College, Michigan States Assessor’s Board, and the Michigan Assessor’s Association.
Philip currently serves as a Compliance Relationship Coordinator for TMA. He works closely with our Sales Team and New Projects Division to aid in client prospecting and satisfaction for TMA products and services. His vast experience in assessment and local government helps him to connect with our clients Michigan and allows him to better serve their needs.
