Debbie joined TMA following years of assessment experience in the state of Arkansas. She held the position of Executive Director of the State of Arkansas Assessment Coordination Department a position from 2002-2015. Prior to joining the Department in 1989, she worked for the Pulaski County Assessor’s Office, Cole-Layer-Trumble (now Tyler Technologies), and the Surdex Mapping Corporation.
She has been an active member of IAAO for 30 years, serving as the association’s President in 2012. She currently sits on IAAO’s Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Committee and is IAAO’s appointed Trustee to The Appraisal Foundation. She holds an Appraisal Manager Certificate and a Level 4 Senior Appraiser Certificate from the State of Arkansas Training and Designation Program. Her experience and presence in Arkansas are beneficial to TMA’s sales efforts.
