TMA recognizes that severe weather can pose considerable challenges for employees on their commute to and from work. The safety of our employees is paramount in any emergency. In the event of severe weather conditions the TMA executive team will make a determination regarding the necessity for delays or closings.
If a decision is made during the regular workday, it will be communicated via email. If a decision regarding a delay or closing is made outside of regular business hours, the announcement for Charlotte employees will be posted on WSOC, the local ABC affiliate.
